Two sessions on the two documents-and-conversations that decide whether someone gets hired.
First, a realistic résumé that is flawed but fixable. Your student finds every problem, ranks the top three by how much each would actually cost a real application, and rewrites the weakest bullet point.
Then a full mock interview on the STAR method — Situation, Task, Action, Result. You ask the behavioral questions from the cards; your student answers from the worksheet as a guide rather than a script.
It was written for two learners to interview each other. At home you do it, which is closer to the real thing: an adult asking a hard question and then waiting.
