Privacy Policy

Wanderlust Innovations, LLC operates Kitchen Table Curriculum. This explains what we collect, why, and who else sees it. It is short because we collect little.

What we collect

  • Your email address, and your name if you give it.
  • The billing city, state, postal code and country your card reports at checkout. We keep this because sales tax depends on where you are, and we cannot work it out afterwards.
  • What you bought, when, and for how much.
  • Which listing pages you looked at. This is counted so sellers can see how many people viewed a resource against how many bought it.
  • Which stores you follow, if you follow any, so they can email you about new listings.

What we never see

  • Your card number. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe, and card details never reach our systems.
  • Sellers' bank details, government ID, or tax identification numbers. Stripe collects and verifies those directly.

What sellers see about you

  • A seller can see your name, the city, state and postal code your card reported, what you bought, and what they earned from it.
  • A seller cannot see your email address. This is deliberate: they can know who bought from them without being able to contact you off Kitchen Table Curriculum or add you to a mailing list.
  • A store you follow sees only how many people follow it, never who. Its emails to you are sent by Kitchen Table Curriculum.

Who else we share it with

  • Stripe, to take payment and to pay sellers.
  • Our email provider, to send you receipts, download links, and service messages.
  • Base44, who host the application and its data.
  • We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising.

What is stored in your browser

  • A sign-in token, so you stay signed in between visits.
  • A short-lived note of which listing pages you have already viewed in this session, so a refresh is not counted twice.
  • Your cart, and any coupon codes you have entered, so they are still there when you come back.
  • If you arrived through a seller's share link: which store's link it was and when, kept for 30 days, so that store is credited if you buy. A note that the visit was counted, for this session only.
  • We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

  • Order records are kept for as long as we are required to keep financial records, which is at least seven years. Purchases stay in your library so you can download again.
  • Page-view counts are aggregate and are not linked to you once counted.

Your choices

  • Your Account page lets you download a copy of everything we hold about you, and ask for your account to be deleted. We carry out a deletion within 30 days. Order records stay, without your name or email, because tax law makes us keep them for seven years; your library and download links go with the account.
  • Or email support@wanderlustinnovations.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. We answer within a month. If you are in the EU or UK and are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to your data protection authority.
  • You can buy without creating an account. Your download link is then the only record tied to you, so keep the email.
  • When you buy, you can tick a box to stop the stores in that order from emailing you. Afterwards, stop any store's emails from your Account page, or with the link at the foot of any email from a store. Stop following a store from your library or your Account page.
