Description

Three sessions on what happens when you ask a scammer for proof and they have it.

Casey asks the caller to prove who they are. The caller offers a video call — and the face is right too.

The unit ends somewhere genuinely useful: the defense is not spotting the fake, because the fakes will keep improving. The defense is verifying through a channel the scammer does not control. Hang up, call back on the number you already had.

That works today and it will still work when the technology is indistinguishable from real.
