Three sessions on the scam that works precisely because it pays.
Casey invests a small amount, withdraws successfully, and is convinced. That first payout is the hook — a scam that never pays anything is easy to spot.
Then a larger deposit, and a fee that must be paid before the larger withdrawal can be processed.
In the final session your student does the arithmetic that proves the promised return could never have been paid — it would require the scheme to hold more money than was ever put into it. Proving the impossibility is considerably more durable than being warned about it.
