Fourteen realistic scenarios: a shove in a hallway, a false rumor, a hidden camera, a genuine accident nobody could have prevented. Your student cuts the cards, sorts them onto a category mat, then works out which specific element decided each one.

Two of the fourteen are not torts at all. They are there because students over-apply the categories the moment they learn them, and the correction sticks.
