Description

Every workplace your student will ever walk into runs on three things: writing somebody can act on, documents somebody can use, and a spreadsheet somebody has to read. This unit teaches all three in five sessions.

Nothing here needs a device. The spreadsheet session is done on paper on purpose — someone who can say what a formula is for can learn any program in an afternoon, while someone who has only clicked buttons is stranded the moment the buttons move.

Every session is a short reading and one activity with a real deliverable: a memo rewritten so it can be acted on, a business letter written from a situation, a wall of text turned into something usable, and a small budget laid out by hand. The answer key marks all of it with the reasoning.
